Two master bedrooms with king beds, each with internal full bathroom, and one half bath downstair. Situated on the spectacular Great Harbour Cay Marina. A large furnished patio faces onto the Marina. Townhouse has its own private dock with running water and electricity. Full fish cleaning table for your lobster, conch, and the catch of the day!
Dockage The use of the dock under the townhouse is included. The dock will accommodate vessels up to 45′. There will be an additional charge for electricity usage based upon the size of the vessel.
Secure Storeroom Under Townhouse Beach lean-to chairs, beach air mattresses, washer, dryer, and propane BBQ. Lock up your boat, store your fishing equipment, rods, reals, etc. (Bring your own lock)
